Coal India's MT HR Recruitment offers an unprecedented number of vacancies with a total of 138 positions. These include 60 for General (unreserved) candidates, 14 for EWS, 20 for SC, 8 for ST, and 36 for OBC(NCL) candidates.
CIL MT HR Salary:
Upon selection, candidates will be positioned as Management Trainee Personnel and HR in E-2 Grade with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000/-. After successfully completing a one-year training period and passing the required test, they will be regularized in E-3 Grade with a pay scale of Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 1,80,000/-.
Exam Fee for CIL MT admin Recruitment:
For Coal India's 2022 Recruitment of MT HR, candidates in the General (UR), OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer), and EWS category must submit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/-, along with applicable GST of Rs. 180/-, totaling Rs. 1180/-. SC, ST, PwD, ESM candidates, and employees of Coal India Limited (CIL) and its Subsidiaries are exempt from the application fee.
